Tim wasn't pushy and he kept me well-informed during the process. Using outside financing is very complicated at this dealership, but Tim made sure that I had all of the info that I needed to make it work. I am lucky to have a credit union that was willing to jump through the hoops. I was incredibly skeptical of the entire process expecting to be manipulated or scammed, but I didn't encounter any of that. Make sure to make an appointment so that the cars you're looking at are present and available when you visit. I'm now the owner of a very well-priced 2014 Jetta SE and I couldn't be more pleased!
