A whole new and wonderful experience buying a car. I was looking for a late model Tiguan for my daughter who is in college, and stumbled across Driversselect.com on Cars.com or Autotrader.com. After getting baited and switched twice by Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco, I started working with Larry Pelky on a 2015 Tiguan they had on their lot. The pictures of the vehicle looked great and it only had 13,477 miles on the car for $16,249. I live in Oklahoma City and could not check the car out, so I was relying on Larry to be honest with me about the condition of the car. I was ready to put down a deposit to hold the care so I could fly to Dallas and buy it, when Larry called to tell me that they had just received another Tiguan in inventory, and he thought I would like it better. Turns out it was a 2017 Tiguan with 2 years remaining on the factory warranty, and it only had 9,100 miles on it. Again, I asked Larry to make an executive decision on my behalf and put the deposit on the car he thought I would be most happy with. I arrived at the dealership yesterday and the car was sitting in the "Sold Vehicles" area of the dealership. Larry had provided me with a Purchase Agreement that showed the total remaining balance, and told me that I would be working with Frank when i arrived. Frank was amazing to deal with and had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived. It took about 15 minutes for me to hand Frank the cashier's check and sign all of the documents, and was on my way. I drove the car back to Oklahoma City and it is perfect. Not a single blemish on the car, and it drives like a brand new car. I have been telling all of my friends and family about this experience, and I definitely plan to buy from Driversselect in the future. With the help of Drivers Select sales rep, Trey Ross, I was able to do most of the car buying process by email/phone, including getting a quote on my trade. Not once did Trey or anyone at Drivers Select try to sell me anything - including the car! Overall a very refreshing approach to car buying. I love my car, I love the deal I got on both the car and the trade in, and I loved the hassle-free experience. Will be buying my next car here. Highly recommend! More

Great experience I just purchased a new car through Drivers Select. From the second I sent an inquiry in about a car I almost immediately had a response from Josh Lopez. We set up a time that day to go check the car out. He was available right away. Josh is The Best he made the entire experience way better than I could have expected!! I was nervous going in but he gave me tons of information. I loved the car. The only draw back was the Drivers Select policy that a buyer can not drive the vehicle to a personal mechanic to have checked out. That was almost a deal breaker to be honest, then Josh was very patient as I waited for my mechanic to come check the car out himself (family member so I was very lucky) I did end up buying the car and that process went very smoothly and Josh answered all my questions and concerns!! Great dude!!! More
