Great communication and less than an hour taking delivery! I worked with Pedro Gonzalez for about two weeks as I was traveling for work. Paul communicated with me via phone and email. 90 percent of the process was done before I even got to the dealership. I put a deposit on the car to secure it because I was unable to get to the dealership right away. When I got to the dealership it was SUPER BUSY but my car was out front waiting for me. All shiny and ready to go. I took the car for a ride and was blown away at how clean the car was. It was like a brand new car. When I got back to the dealership Paul and Gene were waiting for me, I signed paperwork and was in and out in 30 minutes. They were prepared, professional, and transparent. The car even had a full tank of gas and two keys!!!! More
