He's not the typical car salesman! He's polite, knowledgeable and not pushy AT ALL. He even took us to the over flow lot to pick up the Terrain instead of waiting an hour on someone to bring it over. Good experience overall I recently purchased a vehicle through Driversselect. Overall it was a good experience. It started out a little awkward because my wife and I had fou I recently purchased a vehicle through Driversselect. Overall it was a good experience. It started out a little awkward because my wife and I had found the car we wanted online and emailed DS to let them know that we were interested in it and wanted to come see it. It was submitted around 6:00pm that evening but we didn't get a response that night. We knew that we wanted this particular car so we decided to go to DS the next morning when they opened. When we arrived, we were met walking in the door by an associate (who would eventually be our salesman) who was also just arriving for work. He seemed a little unfriendly and agitated (not really greeting us) as if we should not have been walking in without an appointment. However, my wife and I let it fly over and proceeded to let him know that we were interested in a car that we saw online. I believe that after he realized that we were seriously ready to purchase a car he seemed to get nicer as the process moved along. He turned out to be a friendly person and seemed more personable in the end. The point that I really want to make is not to assume that every customer knows the DS policy/procedure for making appointments to view and or show interest in a car. He has kept in contact post sale and we appreciate that. I think DS has some of the best selections in the Dallas area. BTW, as we were waiting for our salesman to go get keys for our test drive, we were greeted and asked if we were being helped by numerous other associates (which made us feel good and welcome). I would purchase from them again. More

I TOLD HIM W I SUBMITTED AN EMAIL ON SUNDAY NIGHT ABOUT THE CAR THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND TO MY SURPRISE ON MONDAY MORNING I HAD AN EMAIL FROM JAY. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, HOW MUCH MONTHLY I WANTED TO PAY AND HE DELIVERED WITHIN 10 MINUTES. EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE LAST NIGHT THE ONLY THING I HAD TO DO WAS SIGN THE CONTRACT.
