Jeff is THE Man!! I was actually on the fence about purchasing a new vehicle, so I went online to see trade in values for my old vehicle. I did a quote inquiry with driver select along with a few other places. Within hours I was receiving calls from car dealerships, and the agents were fast talking and pushy. Then Jeff called me and he was actually really courteous and wasn't pushy at all. I told him thatI was just putting feelers out and pondering my options. H egave me great info and told me to contact him when I was ready. A few days later I contacted Jeff and he remembered who I was and what I was trying to do. Jeff walked me through the whole process pretty much over the phone, by text, and by email. He was very thorough in explaining everything and exhausted every option to get me the best deal that he could. He was reassuring through the process and was just as excited about my new vehicle as I was. When I finally arrived at the dealership, Jeff had everything waiting and ready to go. He took my through the details of the vehicle and all.of it's features, I sign my paperwork, and was out the door in 45 minutes. He didn't kick me out the door but helped me get my search started by giving me the price range I should be looking at. Once again he was very patient and we played phone tag for the next 3 weeks! He never rushed me, not one time! I narrowed my search down to 3 cars and they were all ready for a test drive once I came back in. Best buying experience ever! From start to finish this was the best and easiest buying experience we have had. I did read other reviews prior so I knew I needed to call first and From start to finish this was the best and easiest buying experience we have had. I did read other reviews prior so I knew I needed to call first and make sure that they brought the car I wanted to look at to their site. They only have about 120 spaces for cars at their dealership and so they keep many cars at another site a few miles away. To me, this was a non-issue. The dealership is very cool and modern and especially inviting. The people greet you immediately. We dealt with Barry who I must say was a fabulous person to work with from start to finish. Absolutely no pressure as this is a non-negotiable dealership. The price listed is what you pay. We ended up getting a 2015 Nissan Altima with only 20,000 miles for under $18,000. That is around $3,000 less than Carmax. At driverselect they only offer cars 3 years or newer with only one previous owner and absolutely no previous car accident(s). We plan on making driverselect our first choice when purchasing cars in the future. They have been in business for 11 years if I am not mistaken. They deal in volume so the their cars don't sit for very long. They have several finance companies they deal with so financing was a breeze and fast! We highly recommend them!! We will be back!!
