After an extensive search and lots of research I settled with Driverselect for a few reasons. The process was very simple, the pricing was very competitive (unlike other similar locations that price the vehicles at no haggle pricing that is a little higher) and they even financed me much better than my own bank. I also dealt with Wes regarding an issue with the vehicle (recall) that all parties were aware about regarding that make and model and he was great getting it taken care of for me. I dropped it off and they got me a rental until it was taken care of. I feel very confident that I made a sound purchase and can only hope other dealerships take a page from their book. Car buying shouldn't be a stressful haggling situation. I am glad to say that Driverselect was stress free. More

Found car I was interested in, narrowed my search down to a few cars of the same type, viewing pics and carfax all online, again great transparency of information readily available even has KBB values notes. I hit the dealership fairly informed on Wednesday after work and with financing already arranged thru my credit union. Even though they looked really busy I got to speak to a salesperson within 10 minutes, David was nice and pleasant and he didn't need a ton of information to get us started. He found the car at top of my list and got the keys, spent some time checking the car out, and it was kind of late on Wednesday and I didn't want to test drive on a backed up 75 and in the dark, so asked about coming back on Thursday to test drive, David was going to be out but made that very easy by coordinating with one of his peers, John Shaffer. I arrived on Thursday test drove and made a final decision on purchasing. The pricing is very transparent and hassle free, when comparing to dealerships on similar cars Driver Select was $2k-$3K less, and while I could have gone from dealer to dealer haggling price, who has time for that, so we did the deal. John coordinated with my credit union on financing and was able to promptly provide them necessary information. They had the car cleaned up and ready to go as promised on day I picked up. I was impressed that one thing they do is a full tank of gas, some dealerships expect you to drive off the lot on fumes :) Overall a great experience! More
