Great experience from start to finish! ! This was my first auto buying experience, so needless to say I was overwhelmed with all the options. I spent 2 months doing research on vehicles but This was my first auto buying experience, so needless to say I was overwhelmed with all the options. I spent 2 months doing research on vehicles but when I came to drivers select I stopped. They took such good care of me from start to finish. It was so effortless and smooth , just like they advertise. Lilila and Josh were both great...but all the staff members were nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend drivers select to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! !! More

HORRIBLE service, very rude employees Horrible place, Very unprofessional Called on Saturday wanting to come and look at a few cars and was dealing with Antoinne. He cut me off as I was g Horrible place, Very unprofessional Called on Saturday wanting to come and look at a few cars and was dealing with Antoinne. He cut me off as I was giving him my information saying there is another customer he needed to deal with first and then will call me back. Never called back on Saturday, I called back 5 times trying to get a hold of him as I am in desperate need of a new car, but was directed to a voicemail everytime. Come Monday, no call from him. Requested to talk to someone else and I got John. He was alright. Worked with me with the car I wanted but then told me if I didn't get to their lot fast enough, car might be sold, even after I mentioned that I was coming as soon as I got off work. It was appalling to hear that as I had given him all my info, had my credit run and gotten all the numbers ready. After I came to the office and even before I could talk to John about the numbers, he brings in another guy, didn't get his name, but had long beard and was apparently the finance person.VERY RUDE....did not want to give me my payoff amount for my car which i was trading in. said they don't haggle prices and everything is set in stone. But then at first I was offered $2500 for my car, after looking at it he quoted me $2200 and DECREASED service contract from $2200 to $2000 to make up the difference. How are you going to tell me that you don't change the prices but you were able to do this within seconds? Very deceitful. Was treating me like I didn't know anything while saying they are NOT like the other dealerships! I had to hunt down one of their men to sell me a car! And the finance person mocked my grievances by saying he will give me a $25 gift card. Is this a joke to them??! I am spending thousands of dollars to get a good car but if this is the service you provide, I might as well go to an actual dealership who will actually work with me on the numbers. I walked out and they did not even care to stop me or try to work with me any further. Not accommodating at all. More

After our first test drive of a vehicle we didn't care for, our salesman Mike sat us down and showed us several other cars that fit the requirements we gave him. We ended up buying a car we have wanted to own for years but never thought we could. There was no pressure during the sale, and Mike was very helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered.
