Absolutely Awesome Customer Service Jay was awesome. He went above and beyond our expectations. He answered all of our questions. we never once felt pressured. From the time I filled out the application, Jay was on point. He would call me every day with any updates he had. He listened to exactly wha I wanted. He explained How it would work trading in a car I originally bought from Driver's Select. We brought our car over we were trading in for an appraisal to see what we would get for a trade in so we would know what we were working with the get the vehicle we wanted. We got to Drivers Select around 7:30 knowing they close at 8:00. It was after 8:00 pm when Jay said we were going to take the vehicle for a test drive. After the test drive, Jay had my husband and I fill out all of the paperwork and handed the keys to drive the vehicle we selected home. He an Chris stayed way past closing to get us to sign all of the paperwork and make sure we left in the vehicle we selected. This was on Thursday evening. Jay told us to bring the vehicle back on Friday so it can be washed and detailed. Jay was awesome. He helped us buy our 4th vehicle from Drivers Select. The car we traded in was a care we bought from Drivers Select several years ago. We refer Drivers Select to anybody we know who is looking to buy a vehicle. I am so grateful to Jay and Chris for staying past closing to have my husband and I sign the paperwork and leave in our new vehicle. Excellent customer service!!!! More
