Watch out I saw an E350 2013 online I called the dealership Marla was the sales person and told me the car is not in yet and she will let me know when it's in. I wanted to buy it I filled up a credit app I repeatedly ask her to take my deposit to secure the sale she said no need it's yours I don't want u to wait go home and we will do it over the phone. I did sign the purchase agreement after one hour from arriving home and gave her my credit card info and asked her again to run it She never did because I read online about another customer who had a similar experience. Second morning she called me to say sorry someone else put a deposit. I believe the dealership main problem is a communication problem and they shouldn't pull my credit report and lower my scores before They take a deposit .that is the glitch.and the computer systems should show the car pending. According to their story someone put a deposit at noon which is 4 hours before I even went there. I called to complain talked to josh in finance he was nice but nothing was done about the problem. He said he will have the G M call me which he never did.anways I went to ecarone the dealer that I always buy from and the dealer that respect their customers and bought my car.how would I recommend this place to anyone???? More

One thing I am not pleased about was being forced to put down a deposit. At 6PM on Saturday we were told, by someone in finance, that they could not complete the process that evening. Instead we would need to return Monday. Fair enough, but instead of holding the car for us until they could complete their process, as I requested, they required a $500 deposit. Mind you, they would close in two hours and not reopen until Monday. This seemed a bit of gamesmanship I could surely have done without, and I resent it. This was not Jay Cooper's decision and I do not hold him responsible. More
