This dealership is large and inviting. I was matched with a representative quickly and we reviewed the inventory to identify options that fit my needs. Unfortunately I arrived on a Saturday morning which may be the busiest time of the week for the dealership which caused an extensive wait for paperwork, financing and final steps. I had to return on Monday to finish it up. I was also disappointed that the vehicle could not be delivered to my home in Fort Worth. Since I had not traded in a vehicle I had to find alternate transportation for the new vehicle and my current vehicle. More

Great experience buying a car at EchoPark! I actually did the paperwork online then Lilia Galindo reached out to me to get a couple of documents to compete the purchase and arrange for pickup. The absolute worst dealership and car buying experience of my life. Two months and no tags or resolution to the issues I’m having with the vehicle I purchased. I live in Louisiana and the very next day is of my life. Two months and no tags or resolution to the issues I’m having with the vehicle I purchased. No one will return my phones, emails, or accept responsibility for the entire experience. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint against the dealership through the Texas DMV and reaching an attorney to file suit against the dealership. More

They sell lots of cars, really, really, really, really, really, really slowly. I mean zero concern for time, they've got nowhere to go but the next customer.
