I had owned my car for 4 days when the radio and display stopped working. It turns out it completely failed and had to be replaced. I had an appt for 3, the audio subcontractor was on site- i was driving ho stopped working. It turns out it completely failed and had to be replaced. I had an appt for 3, the audio subcontractor was on site- i was driving home with a new radio by 4:30. Jessica was so helpful, she came to update me twice and helped me feel comfortable that the issue was being worked on right away. I’m so thankful that it happened so fast, the warranty covered it. Great experience all around! More
