I love that you can walk onto the lot and you are not swarmed by a flood of sales people! With very little wait I was soon driving and checking out potential new rides. My lease wasn't up yet, so I left not buying that day. After shopping around for the car that I actually fell in love with, I saw that it was a great deal, so I waited (through the holiday) and called to see if the vehicle I loved was still available! Someone else was looking at it, VK (my awesome sales person) pulled it aside when I told him I was interested. I went in and everything was pretty smooth (except the paperwork takes some time, but that's the norm). Good experience overall! More
