This place was recommended by a co-worker. Me and my husband were in need for a vehicle and did some research online for specific vehicles within our budget and liking. Once we found the top 3 Me and my husband were in need for a vehicle and did some research online for specific vehicles within our budget and liking. Once we found the top 3, we went to go to check it out. We went there around 5:15pm and was told it would be around a 45 minute wait time. We didn't expect it to be close to 6 hours for the whole waiting and process period. There was definitely alot of people when we arrived that were being attended and waiting to be attended. The sales person that attended and helped us was CHEW!!! He was very friendly, professional, social, nice, and did everything he could to help us get the specific vehicle we wanted. He explained to us the process very detailed and straight to the point. He gave us options in case there would be a bump in the process but did say he will try to have us walk out with the vehicle we wanted. In the end, he was able to work it out and we got the vehicle we wanted. I definitely would recommend CHEW to anyone who goes to EchoPark. We will go back in the future for a second vehicle but be a little more prepared in regards to the wait time. Please do make an appointment online or go first thing in the morning. More
