Great, friendly environment. I was only there less than 3 hours and drove away in a 2017 Lexus ES. Nic was awesome! He explained everything in detailed and answered any questions we had. If you want a good car buying experience go to EchoPark Buying from Echo Park Houston was the easiest, fastest car buying experience I’ve had in the last 30 years. The prices are very fair -in fact they Buying from Echo Park Houston was the easiest, fastest car buying experience I’ve had in the last 30 years. The prices are very fair -in fact they were better than I could negotiate at several traditional dealers in the area. I believe that I got the best price in the area for what I wanted despite it being a no haggle dealership. All of the cars are recent model years and very low miles. While my truck is used, it looks and feels almost new. The only flaws I can see are the smallest of rock chip detectable on the chrome grill, and a few small scratches in the bed liner plastic. It’s a truck...there should be scratches in the bed liner...that’s why it has a bed liner. The paint appears flawless, the rims appear flawless, the interior is immaculate. The difference between Echo and CarMax is Echo has better prices apples to apples and due to the low mileage policy, better cars available. If you need a higher mileage (60k-150k) car, go elsewhere to buy a clunker. Like all dealerships, they won’t have every trim of every model ever made but the 580 or so cars they do have will likely show extremely well and be priced reasonably. If they don’t have exactly what you want keep checking. The first time I went in, they didn’t have the V8 version of the trim I wanted, but the next time I stopped in they had 3 of the trim I was interested in. Micah was our salesman. He was great. Because none of the salespeople work on commission, they are no pressure. All they do is unlock cars you want to see, ride with you on the test drive and do paperwork. Best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. The next time I’m looking for a used car I will definitely go back to Echo Park and if they don’t have what I want, I’ll wait until they do. More
