I thought I had purchased a car online or at least was approved to do so. I started to drive up and received a call telling me the car had sold. A few days later I tried again to buy a car online and it d approved to do so. I started to drive up and received a call telling me the car had sold. A few days later I tried again to buy a car online and it didn't work so I was asked to drive up and complete the purchase there. I got there and the salesperson tried to give me an interest rate we'll above what I was approved for and I had to turn it down before it was then readjusted to a more reasonable amount. The process there took over six and a half hours. It was not a good experience for me. The final rate was 6.09% when I was quoted 6.03% online. The salesperson kept telling me he could buy down the interest rate. I was also told I would get 4900 for my trade and an extra 500 for coming in within two days. Neither of those were true. I got 4k for the trade and no extra 500 dollar kicker. If I hadn't had driven 5hours to get there and really liked the car, I would have left. Additionally, when I got home, a few days later the pillar A left side trim popped off the top. I would guess that the windshield had been replaced and they broke it. The trump piece had been removed as I could tell when I examined it more completely and to get the new piece cost me over 200 bucks. Very bad overall experience. More

We had a very unpleasant experience with Jay the General Manager. We found another car at the dealer with 0% int and no miles, we also discovered that someone who drove the car definitely smoked. Jay talked down to us so condescendingly, that if I hadn't had other good experiences, I would never do business with Echo Park again. We have purchased at least 6 vehicles with you and never had a problem. Our sales person, Amanda was great, and her supervisor also, but Jay was a male chauvinistic, condescending, and a bully. Told me to go home and talk to my husband and do some research, because I wasn't well informed. Never have I been talked down to like that. More
