We had a very unpleasant experience with Jay the General Manager. We found another car at the dealer with 0% int and no miles, we also discovered that someone who drove the car definitely smoked. Jay talked down to us so condescendingly, that if I hadn't had other good experiences, I would never do business with Echo Park again. We have purchased at least 6 vehicles with you and never had a problem. Our sales person, Amanda was great, and her supervisor also, but Jay was a male chauvinistic, condescending, and a bully. Told me to go home and talk to my husband and do some research, because I wasn't well informed. Never have I been talked down to like that. More
