This dealership is a masterclass in disrespecting customers. I had a scheduled appointment, showed up early, and still spent HOURS sitting around while half the sales staff wandered aimlessly, chatti customers. Not one person stepped up. Not one person apologized. Not one person cared. If you value your time, your sanity, or basic human decency, avoid this place. They clearly believe customers should sit quietly for hours while their salesmen roam around like bored tourists. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
