Unfortunately, our experience at Economy Honda of Chattanooga was very disappointing. From the start, the interaction felt high-pressure rather than consultative. When we explained our situation and Chattanooga was very disappointing. From the start, the interaction felt high-pressure rather than consultative. When we explained our situation and what we were trying to accomplish, we were met with laughter instead of understanding or professionalism. There were also basic lapses in respect and attention — including repeatedly calling my wife by the wrong name — which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. We did not feel listened to, taken seriously, or treated with courtesy. Car buying can be stressful enough without feeling dismissed or pressured. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Economy Honda of Chattanooga. More
