I wish I could remember the name of the Financial person I spoke with -- I believe her name was Denise but I'm not sure. She was also very helpful. Not like experiences I've had in the past with other car dealerships that try to make you feel stupid. After all it's not every day that you purchase a new car and being a widow I suspect I'm usually "fresh prey" to some dealerships. Denise took her time getting to know me and help me understand all of my options. I don't want to forget commenting on the Express Service. I went for my first oil change and I was very impressed with their turn around time and they even washed my car! I will be coming back. This dealership gets an A+ in my mind!
