I don’t understand how I’ve had my car serviced here from the time I bought it and all of a sudden it needs $5000 plus worth of work with no warning. I was also charged for a timing belt that had just been r the time I bought it and all of a sudden it needs $5000 plus worth of work with no warning. I was also charged for a timing belt that had just been replaced. I was told there would be a 10% discount to find out later that it was a max of $100. They did give an extra $100 but $200 on a $4200 bill is not 10%. As someone who is religious about servicing my car at the dealership, I’m not sure I trust that all these issues just magically appeared. More

Eddie is the best Service Advisor we have ever dealt with. He took care of fixing our Pilot and stopping the cracklings and loss of the information center display, He knew exactly what it was and handle with. I purchased a used vehicle from Economy back in February and purchased an extended warranty. In the business office they made loads of promises on all of the things it would cover. I have had a multitude of issues since purchasing the vehicle, it has turned out to be a total lemon. I reached out to the warranty company to find out basically nothing was covered. I had shell out over $3k on a new suspension after spending $30k for the vehicle itself. I request a refund for the warranty and have been given the run around ever since. So not only has the warranty become worthless, they are holding my money hostage. It has become very clear that Sonic Automotive and Economy Honda DO NOT check their used vehicles like they say they do. BUYER BEWARE. I actually traveled out of state just to do business with this dealership and have been literally paying for it ever since. More

I have posted several comments regarding Economy Honda. They have all been regarding the excellent service. Today, I had a Check Engine Light. I took it directly to Economy Honda. Problem was diagnosed as They have all been regarding the excellent service. Today, I had a Check Engine Light. I took it directly to Economy Honda. Problem was diagnosed as an Oil Pressure Sensor. Two hours later the sensor was replaced and I was back on the road. A huge thanks to Service Advisors Stephen and Elizabeth. We recently contacted Economy Honda about a 2020 Ridgeline they were advertising. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were looking for had been damaged but they contacted surrounding dealers and found an Ridgeline they were advertising.
