Just an outstanding service department!! I can't say enough about this dealership. I had a small problem with the door handle on our MKX and called for a service visit. I talked with Lanora Smiley and set up a service visit. for the following day. The handle was repaired in the drive up area without even going into the garage space. It took minutes and there wasn't even a charge. She's the face of the service department and is wonderful to work with. While I was waiting for the job to be completed I ran into Bob Gowan, the Body Shop Manager and we discussed touching up the rear bumper that had become nicked up from all the use. We scheduled the touch up for a VERY reasonable amount. The repair took one more day than promised and Bob discounted the job by the one day extension on the rental car that was needed. We're snowbirds, but if we lived anywhere in the area I would by my next vehicle from this dealership just to get to work with this service department. It's what customer service should be! More
