A solid dealership hopefully still remodeling. We have purchased several Lincoln's at Ed Howard's Lincoln dealership over the past 30 plus years we have lived in Sarasota, FL because we have enjoye We have purchased several Lincoln's at Ed Howard's Lincoln dealership over the past 30 plus years we have lived in Sarasota, FL because we have enjoyed all our Lincoln's. The sales staff really understand their products and make the buying experience a more educated experience. The service department always gives extra effort without inflating the costs of repairs. I will continue to purchase Lincoln's in the future however they really need to pay more attention to the ambience once you enter the building. From the showroom to the customer waiting area the feeling is everything is dated. The waiting area is one step above metal chairs, the walls are scuffed and in need of paint. Our local Ford dealership knows how to make the visiting experience impressive, comfortable and classy. My hope is that our Lincoln dealership is not finished with their remodel and will make the experience worthy of purchasing a 60.000.00 vehicle Don"t change the staff, they are wonderful, just give them a more elegant interior experience. As a buyer I expect better. More

I always have excellent service with Lanora who takes great care of me whenever I call. Today, they came and picked up the car, repaired it (new tire) and then Steve the manager drove it back to me at my office. Now, that's service. The dealership called me before they had a chance to read my bad review. They had set up another appointment for service on the vehicle. It took four days of going over the vhicle, but finally the problems were resolved. The car is fine. I would definately use them again. More

Service department I took our 2000 Lincoln Continental to this facility for a service and minor problem fix. We bought it used and weren't sure if it needed work. I was greeted by Lanora, In the service, department.. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She gave me the best service for what I needed and nothing that wasn't. She searched for the best deals on my new tires and listened carefully to my concerns. I felt like she understood me totally. Thanks to her, I will return to this dealership and recommend it to anyone. More

The entire experience, from driving into the lot to leaving with our new car the next day, was a positive one. Mark, "The Guy with the Bow Tie" was knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. We had many questions, and he was patient from the start. Somehow, he even made the experience a fun one, while still explaining so much to us. We also worked with Doug McDonald in Management, and he, also, was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable and we enjoyed working with him. More

I often wait because it is either a maintenance or easy to resolve issue, and if it isn't they always offer me a replacement car each time. Once I brought it in without an appointment to see if they would need to order a part and the service writer not only looked at the issue and fixed it in the spot and let me watch. I am very mechanicly inclined but this was more of a Rubics cube issue for me it was amazing to watch and I learned how to do it myself if it happened again. I also bring my other vehicle 2001 Ford Mustang Convertible here for maintenance. More
