Disappointing Service Experience Very disappointed in my service experience. There may be a reason that they have the worst rating of the 4 other chevy dealers in this area. They did get me in on short notice when my check engine light lit up on my dashboard. After a diagnostic check, they said I needed a $450+ thermostat. I declined service because it seemed like a pretty steep price...and I was right. Even after paying my $95 diagnostic fee...I still was able to get it for $200 at another place, saving me $150. But the worst part is...the thermostat was not the problem after all. So back to my diagnostic fee. I reviewed the bill when I got home and I was charged an additional $8.50ish for waste disposal and shop supplies. I called to inquire as to what waste they had to dispose of and supplies used that would warrant the charge since I was told they only were hooking it up to a diagnostic machine. The answer was that everyone gets this charge and that they may have used paper floor mats. Still not convinced that it was worth $8.50, I continued to question...the advisor said that they have to also clean the machine. Wow...didn't realize the cost of cleaning a connection. A connection that apparently diagnosed the wrong thing. They wouldn't credit me the money...but said that they would put it in my "VIP" account for future use...hmmm...not sure that will ever be used. I still had some faith when the service manager contacted me via email after receiving my honest Chevrolet survey results. He noted that he would review my repair order the next morning and contact me to try to resolve my issues. Well...2 business days have passed and no word from him. It really is a shame...because I want to patronize my hometown dealer. I have an older car that will need maintenance more regularly and their location is convenient... But...will be taking my business elsewhere! More

Very Dishonest Management Buyer BEWARE!!!! This dealership practices false advertising including bait and switch!!!! I was ready to finalize a deal on a 2015 Chevrolet and Buyer BEWARE!!!! This dealership practices false advertising including bait and switch!!!! I was ready to finalize a deal on a 2015 Chevrolet and was trading in an older pickup through their $3500 minimum trade-in promotion when Ed, the manager, told me he would have to raise the advertised price on the 2015 Chevrolet before he could give me the $3500 minimum trade. When I first talked with their salesman “Dave”, I was told the advertised price was the actual sales price before trade consideration. The management at this dealership is very crooked!!! I would give “0” stars if that was an option.. I have purchased more than a dozen cars from various dealerships over the years but none from Ed Koehn. All of the other dealerships honored their advertised sale prices and any trade-in promotions they were advertising. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to not go to Ed Koehn dealerships!!!!! More
