I bought a 2019 Honda Cuvic Si. It’s not what I went looking for but it was red and black and fun to drive (I’d been driving minivans for 14 years). My oil change people alerted me to some damage to som looking for but it was red and black and fun to drive (I’d been driving minivans for 14 years). My oil change people alerted me to some damage to some shields underneath the car. So I took it back to Ed Martin and told them they must have missed the damage and I would like it fixed. The service advisor told me they couldn’t fix it under the warranty. I wasn’t happy. I got in touch with Dave Sonneman, the general manager and explained everything to him. He immediately saw things my way and had the repairs taken care of quickly While the overall experience wasn’t perfect, Dave saved it. Dave still gets what customer service is about while others haven’t a clue anymore. i would definitely go back to Ed Martin for another vehicle. Thanks Dave. More
