Good feedback from Shelly for future customers I told them I was going to finance my car through my credit union. They said they could beat my credit union interest rate. They ran credit apps throu I told them I was going to finance my car through my credit union. They said they could beat my credit union interest rate. They ran credit apps through 6 banks. Now I have 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. I did not give them permission to run six credit apps. I’ll never buy from them again. The managers are responsible for not instructing the finance personnel to inform the customer that a hard inquiry will be added to their credit report for each credit app they run. The salesman said that because the credit apps were for the car on the same day, they would count as 1 inquiry. That is NOT the case. Now I have 6 hard inquiries on my credit report for 2 YEARS! Use your credit union, its not worth the problems. Not sure who the manager was, but none of them returned my calls about the 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. I'm still waiting for them to say they will correct this for EVERYONE! More

I had a wonderful experience. Blake went above and beyond. Ed Martin treats there customers right. While waiting to finish up everything, they let me use a brand new car to get something to eat, wow, beyond. Ed Martin treats there customers right. Then at the end Blake was nice enough to go out in the rain and walk me through all the features of my new vehicle. Better yet, I got a full tank of gas, buying a used vehicle, did not expect that.
