He assured me he'd fight for what I wanted, and I truly appreciated that. Alan was respectful, upfront, and honest throughout the whole process. I mentioned to him that I didn't want to spend too much time at the dealership since I had a busy weekend. I told him what vehicle I was interested in before my appointment, and he had it ready and waiting for a test drive when I arrived.
