We had specific Murano SLs that were listed on the website that we wanted to see. We explained we were making a purchase through the Corporate Perks at a Work program and also discussed what features we were looking for in a new car. We had the stock numbers for the vehicles we wanted to see. Kevin was unable to locate the vehicles we wanted to see and did not seem to know the inventory. He brought us a Murano to test drive as we had never driven one. We liked the vehicle and wanted to see one specific one from our list. Kevin left and came back with a quote which we had not requested. We were shocked at the price as it was no where near the program price. He got his sales manager Reese McCloud. Neither Kevin nor Reese bothered to introduce Reese. Reese began arguing with us on the price. Neither he nor Kevin were listening to us and it wasn’t until my wife said “Why are you even quoting us on a vehicle we told you we do not want? We are walking!” that they started to listen. They left the cube to go talk and try to find 5he vehicle we wanted to see. While waiting we walked around the showroom and discovered the vehicle we wanted to purchase was parked right there directly outside the cubicle. We let them know. The quote started over. Reese was not familiar with the Corporate Perks program and argued about it. We had everything on our cell phones including the price we had been quoted online. We had to provide them with screenshots and they very reluctantly agreed to the price. (Note: We had successfully used this program to purchase a Jeep from Ed Martin Jeep in October.) We were told we were next in line for Finance. After waiting well over an hour and after all other customers were gone we finally were taken to finance. Scott Harmeyer was sleazy from the moment we met him. He never discussed finance options, APR, financial institutions or contact length. Then he told us to sign off on all the extended warranties. We politely told him we were not interested in any of the. He argued with us and even said “If you could only pick one, which would it be?” My wife responded “What is it you do not understand about we are not interested?” Once again we were ready to walk. We finally reluctantly worked through everything and when Kevin was ready to deliver the vehicle he informed us that the 2nd key was missing and we could pick it up the next day. They weren’t able to locate the key and had to order one. We did not have our 2ndkey until after the 1st of the year. Plus, we had to take off work to go get the key as it had to be programmed for our car. We received notice that our bank a count had been debited on 1/3 for the car we had traded in on 12/14! We called Scott and he lied to us about when the loan was paid off and also about when he would call us back, We were our the money but Scott didn’t seem to care or want to help. He told us we could wait for a refund on the car. Of course, he never mentioned that we would not be refunded the full payment because of interest that had accrued since 12/14 when they got the payoff amount. We could go on but will simply say this was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. Scott and Reese are sleazy. If we walked into another dealership and saw either of them there, we would walk out the door. We do NOT recommend thIs dealership. More

However, without going to into detail, the lasting impression came at the end when my wife and I lost our vehicle due to an accident. We were lucky enough to have opted for gap coverage, but we also had an extended warranty. We feel as if there was a miscommunication in how the “extended warranty” was explained. They have advised us that it is not in addition to the mileage that was already on the car. Why is it called an extended warranty then? When trying to reach out for information, I wasn’t contacted. My wife went to the dealership where she had a subpar customer service experience. The individual whom assisted showed zero interest in the issue. I will not be doing business with Ed Martin any longer as this has been a poor lasting impression. UPDATE: I have been contacted by the Manager and he has been nothing short of kind. I was unable to answer when he reached out to me the first time, but he simply explained what he believes happened in the process of the warranty. I reached back out to him via email as I still don't think that there is anything that they can assist me with and I would chalk this up as a learning experience. However, Todd has decided to still attempt to assist in some way to make this situation right. I am expected to speak to him Monday 1/14/19 to see what we can do. More

Using Edmunds.com I narrowed my search by year, features, mileage, price and a certified pre-owned requirement. Ed Martin had a few that met my search and upon the recommendation of a friend, I went to their Fishers location. I drove two 2016 Rogues there and they brought one over from their Shadeland store for me to see as well. Ultimately I bought the one that came from the Shadeland store. Isaiah Ingles was my salesperson and he was helpful, communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. My sister loved my Rogue so much that they went back and bought my 2nd choice less than a week later. I went from a Lexus NX200t to the Rogue and aside from a few Lexus features that I miss (turbo and heated steering wheel for example) I am enjoying the Rogue more overall. More
