It is really too bad that no one took me seriously when I tried to address this months ago. I would not have needed to bother anyone at the corporate level. I would not have taken my car to another service provider. I would not have learned that Factory Original parts were still on my car. I would not have found out that a part number for a motor cycle was billed and supposedly installed on my car. I would not have been told that the solution to this issue is for me to purchase a different used car from the Auto Mall or I would be contacted by your lawyer.

Thank you for reaching out to me. There is a typo in the phone number but I do have the correct number. I talked with Mr. Murray yesterday. He was informed that I wanted to purchase another used vehicle from your firm. That seems to be a fix for you but not a fix for me. I will continue to converse with him if that is your intention because he seems to be a very level headed person. My intention is not to ruin your business but to solve both our problems. There is much more to all this than the short synopsis that I have written.
