I messaged Fiat cares on Twitter. I received a generic response about how they will contact the dealer for training and a web link, So that I can use other dealerships. I then asked about the repair on the rattle and the fact that I now have a low tire light., Even though I can get a reading for all 4 tires on the dash. They then asked for the Vin and what dealer was involved. I found this interesting if they were going to go back to the dealer and retrain. Yet they had to ask me what the dealer was on the 2nd tween - message. Pretty much their answer was to go to Wesly Chappel since they have a better customer Sat rating.
