Unhappy Customer! I think Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon and Tampa both have an extremely unsatisfying disconnect with it's customers in General. I have visted both sites ju I think Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon and Tampa both have an extremely unsatisfying disconnect with it's customers in General. I have visted both sites just once and have had the almost exact same interaction with their employees. No one at either site is welcoming, friendly or inviting. This is not a typical experience that you would expect from a Cadillac Dealership. Carols today was "definitely" not the one to help me today. I approached Carols in the guest lounge to inquire about my vehicle because I had been sitting there for 30 minutes or so and no one bothered to discuss with me what I needed or what I was there for; very strange to me. I explained to Carlos that I pulled into the service bay, someone took my keys and said that a Service Advisor would be with me shortly. Carlos said to me that he was "definitely" not the one to help me. I asked Carols if he was a Service Advisor? He said yes, I asked him then why are you definitely not the one to help me? He says, because I have 3 cars already. The expression on my face probably told him I wasn't pleased with his response so he then offered to find someone to help me. I then walked to the door marked Service Manager where I found the Manger by the time I could explain to her what was happening we both looked out the window and saw a Service guy standing next to my car presumably collecting information from my vehicle, she stated someone was working on it and they would get me going soon. Fine. 5-10 minutes later I was pulled in and everything was in motion, the guy got my information, my car got pulled to the back and so far so good. The Service Manger came out to apologize and let me know everything was being taken care of. Fine. Carols however failed miserably at his job performance today, he failed the compay and the customer. I just want that to be known. Thanks. More

Sold car after I made deal for the car hours earlier I made a deal for a 2014 SRX on a Sunday. Had to wait until my credit union opened Monday morning so that this dealership could fax purchase order over. At 12:48pm I attempted to reach my salesperson Karen Barrese. She text me she was in a meeting. When I finally reached her she tells me the car was sold. I was able to negotiate a price I was happy with but when this dealership found out that I was not financing this car through them they balked and backed out of the agreement we had hours earlier. There was also a sales manager named Mark that was part of this deal. I have saved all the emails and text messages from this dealership. These people are deceitful. I would never recommend anyone attempt to buy a car from Ed Morse. More

The professional and personal service by the managers (Carlos Martinez and his team) made my stay at Ed Morse pleasant. The atmosphere and decor in the waiting room was positive and calm. There were no 'pushy' service men or women and their attitudes were always reassuring. They provided the best options and safety solutions for my car. I bought my First Cadillac Eldorado in 2002 and It still runs like new at 109K miles due to your excellent service program. I can't wait until the new Eldorado's come out: You have a dedicated customer when they do arrive. More

Carlos always treats me with the utmost respect and keeps me informed with the progress of my car, whether I am waiting or given a car to drive home. I have had a few occasions where I have needed some additional help or obtaining additional information. Talking with George Voltsis or Wendy Goody both of which continue to make my dealings with Ed Morse Cadillac an extremely pleasant experience. More
