I have given this rating because it was a first experience for me and this dealer ruined it....by beating me out of my hard earned money. I am a single mother, and they finagled me out of $5000.00 experience for me and this dealer ruined it....by beating me out of my hard earned money. I am a single mother, and they finagled me out of $5000.00, even after I questioned them about the contract before signing. I get sick to my stomach when I see the family style commercials---and now how badly I was wronged. They ended up giving me 5000 for my 15,000 trade-in...wasn't that great customer service?!!! The salesman Kent and finance guy Dennis ( sold me gap insurance that wasn't needed), and one unknown culprit.....I am forever buying anywhere else. if you have to have chevy--- lowes chevy in St. Robert is wonderful. fairground chevy can stop these reviews....until then I will review daily More
I was greeted when i first arrived and the salesman asked what i was looking for. I told it i was iterested inthe Chevy Cruze. He got keys for 2 different Cruze's and i looked them over. I selected the one i what i was looking for. I told it i was iterested inthe Chevy Cruze. He got keys for 2 different Cruze's and i looked them over. I selected the one i wanted and he started to process the paper work. The Price of the car was $19,299.00. After determining the trade in value of my car he came up with a final price of 31,230. His finance officer could not get the Chevy Cruze financed through any one. So Then the salesman tried to sell a Chevy Impala with a rebate of $4500 dollars. The cost of the Impala was Higher than the Chevy Cruze $28,900. Anybody with common sence should have known that wouldn't work. I ended up leaving and went to Lowes Chevrolet in Waynesville, I got the car i wanted with really great salesmanship. More
I was shopping for a new SUV, and interested in a Suburban. I went to Fairway Chevrolet. When I got to the front door, there it was: a prominent "No guns allowed" sign. I do not carry a gun. However Suburban. I went to Fairway Chevrolet. When I got to the front door, there it was: a prominent "No guns allowed" sign. I do not carry a gun. However, I am a firm believer in non-discrimination. If that sign had said "No black allowed" or "No Chinese allowed" or "No women allowed" --the hounds of xxxx would have been all over this dealership.<br><br>I stepped inside and told the salesperson who walked over why I had come there. Then I asked why the sign was up. I was told because the Missouri car dealers association wanted the signs up in dealerships. I do not believe an association has the right to dictate to a member about such discrimination. I think the owner of this Chevrolet dealership wants the sign up.<br><br>I said, "You have lost a sale," and I left. I do not patronize businesses that have these "No guns allowed" signs - just as I would not patronize any business that discriminates.<br><br>"We don't want your kind here" is not acceptable in the United States of America.
