This is our third purchase at Ed Morse Toyota/Scion in the last six months. Needless to say, if we weren't pleased with the salesman or the dealership, we would not have come back to purchased another ca the last six months. The service has been wonderful, no long waits, each and every question answered, if for any reason I have to bring it back, they go over and above the level of superior customer service. Timothy has watched over my car, (sometimes as if it were his own), letting me know what service is needed and how the brakes, tires etc. are doing. Carol is great making sure that I get any information, and doing everything possible to make sure everything goes as it is supposed to! I would give this dealership a 150% rating if I could!!!! More

I spent a total of about 2 weeks car hunting, I visited (5) dealerships and was shocked at what a difference there was from one to the next. (2) of the dealers never even furnished me with quotes. Delray Toyota not only gave me very competitive quotes, but they also returned all my phone calls and spent more time than any sales staff I have ever encountered has done. I wanted to do my homework and understand everything I could about the vehicle prior to buying it. Jeannie and Marlene made it very easy to ask questions and educate myself about the product that I was about to spend nearly $40,000 on! I was in search of the best price I could find and ultimately the first price I recieved from Jeannie was also the most inexpensive of all the dealerships. I am very happy with my over-all experience and would recomend this dealership and these associates to anyone and everyone I know who is in the market for a car.
