We were happy with the variety of models and colors offered by the dealership. We had been shoppng around and we were deciding between a Volkswagen Jetta and a Toyota Corolla. I looked up ratings on Consumer Reports, and the corolla had a higher score. Next came price--we were able to lease a 2011 corolla that fit our budget and needs. I was not in the least put off that Kane admitted he was new it was much better than having someone fake it. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. Further more I am 52 years old and have never LOVED a car more than this Venza. I took it in for leather yesterday and the service department was a pleasure and I now have my new car back. Washed and filled with gas!! UNBELIEVABLE Jim was great and he never made me feel like helping out the new guy was an issue--I don't know who collected the commission but it should be both!! I am also a repeat customer from 2008 and how much things have improved is increadable Thank you Sharon Richards More

They informed all I needed to know about the used vehicle that I was looking and were extremely polite and courteous, like every car sales bad way. In fact I was there just after being in another dealer, looking for the same Tundra, but I didn't like the behavior of the salespeople and didn't purchase the vehicle not because its price or conditions, but just because I didn't like the salesperson speech. My salesman, J Ed Morse Toyota, I purchased my 2005 Prius in October of 2010 from Ed Morse Toyota in Delray. The transaction was fair and smooth. My salesman, James Walker, made it easy. There were a couple of small issues with the car that were immediately handled and in the most professional way by the used car service manager Howie Rosenberg. Just recently I had a problem with the front suspension that required replacement of the front struts. Howie gave me a very fair price for parts and labor and made sure it was done right. I'm also impressed in general by all the employees at Ed Morse. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, informative and professional... Can't ask for more than that. I've been without Toyota's in the past but I keep coming back due to the quality of the brand... great value even with the recent problems with recalls. I owned a VW TDI Sportwagen before the Prius. And even though the VW was a well built and fun to drive car. It had it's bugs and just didn't inspire confidence in reliability and that was a new car. This Prius if five years old and just feels like it won't let me down... and the 50 mpg helps as well. So yeah... Ed Morse deserves kudos for running an impressive operation.
