The tech believed I needed 4 new tires but Rich double checked it, assured me I need only 2 and then test drove it to be certain. He did not let me overpay but did not allow me to sacrafice safety. He gave me personal care, provides me with a rental but escorted me every step to make sure I was taken care of by each department. He is such a nice man who takes pride in his job and is the first male service rep who didnt talk down to me just cause im a female. He treated me like a customer and not a woman. I will take my VW back to richie reyes from now on for value, service and person attention. More

Lowell was very friendly when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was quick to offer to provide me a ride to my office so I can go to work.
