There were a couple of small issues with the car that were immediately handled and in the most professional way by the used car service manager Howie Rosenberg. Just recently I had a problem with the front suspension that required replacement of the front struts. Howie gave me a very fair price for parts and labor and made sure it was done right. I'm also impressed in general by all the employees at Ed Morse. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, informative and professional... Can't ask for more than that. I've been without Toyota's in the past but I keep coming back due to the quality of the brand... great value even with the recent problems with recalls. I owned a VW TDI Sportwagen before the Prius. And even though the VW was a well built and fun to drive car. It had it's bugs and just didn't inspire confidence in reliability and that was a new car. This Prius if five years old and just feels like it won't let me down... and the 50 mpg helps as well. So yeah... Ed Morse deserves kudos for running an impressive operation. Scott Shannon is the best service adviser at Delray Toyota. Cost of repair and amount of time estimated were accurate. Scott and his mechanics team have transformed my defective Carmax/Maroone Chevrol Toyota. Cost of repair and amount of time estimated were accurate. Scott and his mechanics team have transformed my defective Carmax/Maroone Chevrolet used clunker to an excellent driving 2002 RAV4. I recommend Scott Shannon highly. Went in for oil change and to check the right tire, Donna was fast and efficient. Got me in and out of there so I could make it to work on time. It doesn't get any better than this! John Allsopp has proven to be the best service person I have ever dealt with. He cares about you. In other places I have dealt with they always seem to want to sell you another part or telling you you nee have ever dealt with. He cares about you.
