Let me be the first to apologize if one of our dealerships fell short of your expectations in any way. I can assure you that we pride ourselves on offering the best service in the industry. I did contact the dealership to discuss your concern. It was relayed to me that you are unhappy with the gas mileage that you are experiencing with your new vehicle. Several tests were run on your vehicle and it was determined that it was working as specified without mechanical problems. I'm afraid that is all that a technician can do in a case like this since gas mileage can vary based on driving conditions and vehicle use. Once it was determined that your vehicle was mechanically sound, they did offer you the direct number to Honda's corporate office. If you feel that your vehicle is not running properly or you are concerned that there is a mechanical issue with your vehicle, please feel free top return to the dealership and they will be happy to run a diagnostic on it again. Thank you for your polite words. However the purchase of a 35000 car requires polite action. All the diagnostics in the world will not solve this issue. I expect my dealership to be an advocate not a shill.
