She set up my radio etcetera for me I never even had to ask her to do that. I wanted to add leather seats and a trailer hitch to my new car and she met me at the service dept and introduced me to Hameed. He was also very kind and courteous. I am delighted with the additions made. I called Toni a week later and ask how to set up my Bluetooth (I didn't have time when I bought the car) and she invited me to come over and she did that for me too. My mp3player wouldnt work so she asked someone from the service dept to come and see what he could do. Unfortunately my mp3 player was not compatible with my Honda. Everyone was stellar in their customer service. We have already sent one friend to Toni Quatrale. Our friend purchased a new car. I am now trying to convince my daughter and son-in-law to buy from her rather than buying a Ford thanks to Toni. More
I was upside down with the ownership of a 2008 Cadillac and I wanted to buy a new 2012 Honda Pilot. I could not get the deal I wanted anywhere. Sam and Toni finally came up with a deal I could live with for a leased 2012 pilot. I am extremely happy with my new 2012 pilot and just as happy that I am out of the Cadillac car payment. Everyone at Ed Morse Honda did everything to make this deal happen and I thank them very much. Luis Collazo was able to reduce my car payments even more. I just purchased my second Honda in a month. I couldnt' be more pleased. I have been a satisfied Ed Morse Honda customer since my first Honda purchase back in 2001. What sets Ed Morse Honda apart from every other dealership, is the quality of the service and the employees. I used to dread car buying. I would have rather had a root canal than go through the process of looking for and purchasing a car. However, not only does Toni make it pleasant, she makes it easy and stress free. It's like visiting a friend. She has never disappointed me and she has followed through with every promise she's ever made. She works hard and continues to work hard until she is sure her customers are happy and satisfied. She is honest and caring and that is something you just don't find in most businesses today. I also need to commend Mr. Andy Warner. Not only was he extremely helpful and hard working, he has a wonderful personality that puts people at ease. I felt like he truly cared about helping me and it wasn't for his personal gain, but because he really cared about making me happy. Finally, when I purchased the car, Toni was so patient and was helping me to set up my blue tooth. We were having some issues so she went and got Chris Prager (another salesperson) and he patiently and happily set up my blue tooth for me. He also explained some of the other features to me. I called Ed Morse Honda because they had a used 2012 Volkswagen CC that was very competitively priced. My wife really liked the car but there was the down side that it had a black interior and she wante Volkswagen CC that was very competitively priced. Based on the price we decided to call and ask for more information. I called and spoke with Bob who was quick to make sure that the vehicle was still available. Bob advised that he would have to physically check to make sure it was on the lot and he would call me back. less than a minute went by, and my phone was ringing. We told Bob that we would come down and take a look at the vehicle in the next hour. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by a different Bob in the sales department, and when we advised that we were looking for Bob in internet sales, this Bob said "you must be Adam", which i thought was really cool. We walked about 50 feet through the showroom and saw that Bob in internet sales had the Volkswagen CC pulled up and ready to show for us which i thought was great because my wife and i are all about saving time especially since we brought our 18 month old daughter with us. She can get out of hand at times :) Jim was our salesperson, and he greeted us quickly and with a smile. He was very informative and answered all of our questions on the Volkswagen. As i suspected, my wife was not sold on the interior color, and the Volkswagen was at this point out of the question. Rather than leaving, we decided to stay and look around the used lot for two reasons. They have the cars positioned in such a way that you can easily walk around them, and you can look inside of them with ease. My wife and I loved this because we have shopped at about 4 other dealerships where the cars were so close together that you almost needed a can-opener to look inside of them. They also keep their models sorted on the lot based on style so your not walking all over the place to look at different vehicles. The used car lot was great because we were able to look at about 30 cars in 15 minutes. When we saw that we liked the interior of one accord, and the exterior of another, having Jim about 50 feet away was great because he was able to answer questions about each model. By the way, Jim is a very friendly salesperson. He was not pushy, and he didn't ask a thousand questions or try to bombard me and my wife with technical features and consumer reports facts....he simply asked us a few questions about our needs in a car, and then he let us look and tell him what we liked. he gathered that information and what he came back with was a 2012 honda accord. Now most people would say "obviously he came back with a brand new car as a recommendation", but in this case, Jim was keen to the fact that we drove in with a 2005 Ford mustang with a car seat which barely fit in the back. Jim asked us a few questions about our driving habits, when we take trips, how often do we fill up, etc.... and he also showed us a model that was white on the exterior, and two-toned beige, and black leather interior because my wife advised that that was what she wanted in a Volkswagen CC. When Jim showed us that the features list was almost identical to the CC we started talking about how much sense it made to look at a new Honda. The only feature that the car did not have was bluetooth, but for that one thing it lacked, it more than made up for it by having a larger engine, 5th seat in the back, and more leg room in the back seat which was a huge issue with our Mustang at the time. When we expressed that we were interested in the car, negotiations were smooth and simple, and at no point did my wife an i feel pressured. Jim asked us what we were comfortable with in a monthly payment, and he did the rest. Moments later Jim was with the sales manager, and finance department working on the specifics, and was able to return with a high price for my trade-in, and also a monthly payment that left me and wife basically asking "where do we sign?".... Now we came into the dealership at about 7pm at night. By 8 we had found a car that we loved, and by 9 were all ready to drive off the lot thanks to Andrew's speedy and comprehensive explanations during the paperwork handling. Andrew was able to identify what was important to us based on what we told him and he made the paperwork process go smoothly and as painless as possible. All in all, and after dealing with 5 other dealerships in the local are, we found Ed Morse to be, by far the most professional, personable, easy to deal with and family friendly dealership we have ever done business with. Their price, selection, presentation, and staff are all 5 star!!!!. We left the dealership with a new car, (Our first "Brand New" car by the way) and felt great about it. We hope to work with Ed Morse on our next deal which should be in the next year. More
Jim DeGray could not have been more accommodating. I never felt pressured, which has caused me to walk away from car dealers in the past.
