I am a long time customer of Honda and this dealer in particular. I brought in my leased 2009 Honda Accord for recall notices. Sounded to good to be true. Ms Dawn Wellman approached me taking the letter to her manager and sure enough everything in the letter was for real and I upgraded to a 2012 Honda Accord SE. The whole transaction and experience with the staff was excellent. I will continue my loyalty to Honda and it's great product line and equally respected sales and service staff.
