Why would you make an appointment for the repair if you knew you couldn’t work on a Chevy? Also why the email saying I missed the appointment when I got up early and drove to your dealership and was there on time?? Not impressed. The other dealer even gave me a loaner while it’s being repaired.

Your website says it works on all makes and models and I was told to bring it in if I had any issues when I bought it. You set up an appointment for it. Then refused to even get in the car and listen for the noise. Your service dept is awful. Getting ready to buy a new vehicle for my husband. The Chevy dealership who is way more professional will get our business
