Final price 24912. I said I would only pay listed price and not the fees. Also Black Friday sale was purchase a car get a $500 Amazon card. We wouldn’t pay the made up fees so we didn’t qualify fir the Black Friday gift. To top it off they spent so much time trying to get over on me they filled the title paperwork out all wrong. Will never do business with any Napleton dealerships. Horrible customer service. More

I love the car we purchased, I bought a Forester for my daughter so she would have a dependable car. The amount of time of the sale took way too long. I traveled an hour and a half to Ed Napleton Honda for what was an amazing deal on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. However, upon arrival, I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been addre what was an amazing deal on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. However, upon arrival, I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed already in the multiple phone calls I had participated in. The listing price for the vehicle on their very own website was $7,799, however the first thing that was said to me was, "that is just the price we use to get people here, that is not the actual price." Then I realized I was lied to again when the General Manager came out and told me that they no longer even owned the car, and that I would have to pay $9,200 if I wanted it. Ed Napleton Honda has extremely poor communication both internally amongst their employees and externally to their customers. I do not recommend them at all. More
