Worse Customer Service Ever My son purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Ed Napleton Honda, St. Peters and purchased an extended care plan. I spent 8 hours trying to get someone to My son purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Ed Napleton Honda, St. Peters and purchased an extended care plan. I spent 8 hours trying to get someone to help us with the phone number for the extended plan and still have not heard back. If I provided this type of care to their family members in the hospital they would go crazy. I have called 12 times today and keep getting send to voice mails, then when I call back get told they will give my request to a manager and have them call me. If this is their definition of five star customer service, I would stay away from them. Once they have your money, you cannot get them to return a call. Buyers beware.
