AWARD-WINNING EXCELLENT!!! Mike Wells brought the car of my choice around to front of Napleton, showed me the car upside-down and sideways, and then I cried. Mike ran inside to bring me tissues and a water, mildly concerned with my meltdown. Mike attempted to show and explain the “extra” on the inside but I was too overwhelmed to absorb and asked him if I could take the car home until the next day. He agreed, and I drove off after the license/signature procedure. I was in love the second I drove off the lot and still am! My HondaCivic is perfect in every way! When I returned to purchase, Mike explained in awesome and understandable language the “extras” on the inside of my new beauty. Mike couldn’t have been more educated, kind, and generous with his time. My husband was in need of a new car and we ended up purchasing I have worked with this dealership since 2002 when I purchased my 2003 Honda Odyssey. My husband was in need of a new car and we ended up purchasing two new CRV's. Claire (Sales Consultant), Brian (Finance), Cody (Floor Manager) and Dylan (Manager) did a fantastic job working with us. Funny thing is I just went up there to bring my husband the check book and title/spare key to his car he was trading in. Regardless of how it played out it was a great experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hard working and it was a very long day for them (and us). Claire was kind enough to pick me up at my house on Monday 4/29 so I could pick up my car since I wasn't trading in. Sold my car to a family member and Brian in Finance had to rework all my paperwork. As stated before "Great Experience" and "Very friendly/accommodating staff". FYI - I drove my Honda Odyssey for 14 years and missed it when I sold it and purchased a family members car. 15 months later....I'm back with Honda and very excited to be. More

My experience at Napleton Honda was fantastic! Dylan Hubler and Claire Bollan were the best salespeople I have ever experienced . They were both courteous and found the exact car I wanted. Twenty minutes from the dealership, I received a call from Claire offering to meet me because she noticed I had left numerous personal items in my trade-in vehicle. Due to another commitment, I could not turn around to meet her. She then offered to box the items and mail them to me. I received them today. What a special team.....Dylan and Claire!! My Honda experience was a great one!! I would highly recommend Napleton Honda. More
