My experience at Napleton Honda was fantastic! Dylan Hubler and Claire Bollan were the best salespeople I have ever experienced . They were both courteous and found the exact car I wanted. Twenty minutes from the dealership, I received a call from Claire offering to meet me because she noticed I had left numerous personal items in my trade-in vehicle. Due to another commitment, I could not turn around to meet her. She then offered to box the items and mail them to me. I received them today. What a special team.....Dylan and Claire!! My Honda experience was a great one!! I would highly recommend Napleton Honda. More

Oil change I brought my 2019 in for an oil change. As soon as I got out Aaron was quick to get my car in and did not wait very long. I also got my car washed and I brought my 2019 in for an oil change. As soon as I got out Aaron was quick to get my car in and did not wait very long. I also got my car washed and vaccumed and everyone was very helpful. Aaron also explained to me what I will need on my next 5000 miles and every 5000 after.He was very busy but took his time to answer any question I had. More

Bill for parts they dont install Billed me for parts on invoice that were not installed on vehicle.
