Flat Tire After Leaving the Dealership I was told there was a screw in the tire, I said I would take care of this back home and no thank you, please don't fix it. I was unaware that the mec I was told there was a screw in the tire, I said I would take care of this back home and no thank you, please don't fix it. I was unaware that the mechanics then took out the screw. They then didn't tell me they took out the screw and I drove away. When I drove home (an hour away and at night) I got a flat tire. Why would they take the screw out when I said I would take care of that? I'm so angry at the damage that could have been caused to my wheel because they took out this item that would guarantee to make my tire flat. I will not return for services at this dealership because they only cared about selling instead of safely getting me back on the road. More

20k mileage I took my 2016 HRV to Napleton Honda for my regular service, oil change, etc. When I brought my car in, Aaron Roberts my service rep was sure to tell I took my 2016 HRV to Napleton Honda for my regular service, oil change, etc. When I brought my car in, Aaron Roberts my service rep was sure to tell to all of the things they would check because my car now had 20,000+ miles. He also let me know the cost of each possible repair.Since I had left my car he called and left me a voicemail letting me know what repairs were recommended. I called back and let him know how to proceed. Though this is not the closest Honda dealer to my home, this is where I purchased my HRV and because I trust the service department contimue to drive the extra miles to have my car serviced there. More

Breeze My wife spoke to Arthur prior to visit. Told him what we were looking at and what we as potential clients needed in order to proceed to the next step My wife spoke to Arthur prior to visit. Told him what we were looking at and what we as potential clients needed in order to proceed to the next step Pymnt/rate etc. After all that is the most important aspect for many purchasing a vehicle. Arthur did just that going back and forth with manager making sure the transaction would be feasible.
