Purchase and lease I had contacted a few other dealers looking to purchase an Accord and lease a Civic at the same time and needed to be in a certain price range. One de I had contacted a few other dealers looking to purchase an Accord and lease a Civic at the same time and needed to be in a certain price range. One dealer I spent 2-3 hours at one evening and didn't accomplish anything. I had an appointment for my trade in appraisal at another dealer and an hour and a half after I got there, nothing had been done. I emailed Napleton one morning before work and had a phone call within an hour. I made an appointment for an appraisal the next day and also explained what I was looking for. Danny Walters was standing out front waiting for me when I pulled up and recited back to me everything I was looking for and knew I had a short time window being on my lunch break. After taking my trade in for evaluation, Danny brought me snacks and a drink while I was waiting. After a short time, he informed me they could get me where I needed to be and even gave me a better deal if I went with my second choice of color, which they had on the lot. We set up a time a few days later to go through all the paperwork and financing, which along with my wife, we felt was the most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Napleton offers free car washes for life and since I work so close, really take advantage of it. I'm sure they get tired of seeing me every week but everyone is always friendly and goes out of their way to make me welcome. Do yourself a favor and give Ed Napleton and Danny Walters a chance to earn your business. They even offer a $100 referral reward, which I have already taken advantage of. In my opinion, Ed Napleton Honda is the class of St. Louis area car dealers and I will continue to give them my business going forward. More
