I had a maintenance required light on and the same day I called I got my car in and an hour later I had my car back. Everyone was very nice and made me feel like I was their only care in the world. I have been very happy with my Honda Fit - Sport Model and the options purchased. I recently had a problem with the blower fan and was able to get an appointment in one (1) day. When I first contacted the dealership I was looking for a vehicle for myself. Because of certain circumstances, I had to purchase that vehicle from a different dealer, However this dealer and Chad never let vehicle for myself. When it came time to help my son get a new vehicle, this dealer, Ed Napleton, took steps to help my son and myself that I would consider up and beyond the normal call of service. Thus I was able to help my son purchase his new Honda Civic and we are very happy with the dealership and all personal that were involved. We were there having our 2008 Honda CR-V serviced, walked into the showroom, and John approached us asking if we needed help. I said I wanted to look at the new CR-V, and he walked us to where one was. It was cold out that day and we had our baby with us, he offered to drive it into the service bay so we could take a look at it where it was warm. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe how amazing John was throughout the whole process. I came in knowing what I wanted and John delivered. Every question I had he was able to answer and there were no surprises. We had such an enjoyable experience I will always buy my cars from him. More
