Let me start by saying I did not need a new car. I was just looking, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. We stopped in to Ed Napleton Honda to take a closer look at the Honda lineup and possibly just looking, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. John Doorack greeted us at the door and listened intently as I explained what I was looking for. After a few minutes John came back with the exact car I had described. He also took the time to allow me to look around at the other choices, and let me bounce ideas off him. I have purchased many new cars in the past and I've never had such a pleasant experience, it was like working with a good friend. So far, from the finance representative, the people at the parts counter and the employees in the service department, everyone I've encountered at Ed Napleton Honda has been exceptional.
