Had a good experience buying our pre-owned Jeep at Napleton Honda in St. Peters. Dillon Kirpatrick was very easy to work with, and also very pleasant to work with. I bought a 2024 Odyessy and have less than 5,000 miles on it. When I went out to my garage to start it, it was completely dead. I called the salesman I bought it from and explained the problem. He was less than helpful and ended up suggesting calling AAA to solve my problem. Not impressed. Kudos to Brandon in the service department. He reached out to me after AAA had gotten my van started. He did leave me with his number to call him if I have any more issues. Their only saving grace in customer service. I should also say that it took me about 6 or 7 calls to reach him because I kept getting transferred and then it dropped my call. This whole experience was frustrating. I pray I don’t have to deal with them again. More
