I took my equinox there for a special oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to use a quart of lube I brought in my oil chang showed the write up guy, Jushua ,the bottle . He said no problem he wrote it on the work order .My daughter and I went down the street to have something to eat and wait for their text .2 hours later we returned to find our car in line at the exit, still no text that it was done,so I went to the cashier to check ,it was done so I paid and thanked Josh as we passed by ..When we got to the car we found our jug of lube in the front seat and NOT USED I was xxxxxx but being a good person I just started the car and left. when I got home I checked the dash info and found that the tires were still in the same spots because one tire indicator on the bake left that did not work was still on the back and the tire pressures were all the same .so I am giving ed rinke gmc chevy buick a less then 1 star for their service .THEY SUCK and I will be going to my cheap oil chang place for now on .
