Quick and easy check in. Had a leaking tire and an oil change done. I came in for a LOF and TR. That went good, when I got my bill the Tech said "rear brakes at 3ml, need rotors too as too rusty to turn. BUT, when I looked at my MVIR all the green boxes were checked indicating 7ml brake pads. Then I saw the MVIR was for another vehicle a 2019 Silverado.. I called an hour after I got home was told someone from service would call me back. I waited FIVE hours, no call. Used chat to reiterate the need for a copy of MY MVIR and a confirmation on the brake issue. As of now, no call. My visit was on 10/16/25. This is the 2nd communication issue in as many months. I've had enough. I have kind of noticed what seems to be employees that are not happy, they almost appears to feel they are overworked. True or not, perception is 90% of reality, and as a manager for almost 30 years, I've seen it before. I will (have) found another dealership for my vehicle maintenance. More
The communication was horrendous. I was told 2-3 days for my issue to be resolved when I called to make the appointment. The person at the dealer said 4 days. On day 4, the car still had not been evaluated. I told the dealer I needed the car the next day, and miraculously it was pulled in for diagnosis. I was promised an update after 'about an hour'. Four hours later, I called and was told it was done. No indication of what the problem was. When I picked it up, I asked what was wrong and was told the cashier could pull someone in to explain, if I needed it. Very frustrating. Will not recommend. More
