In 20 years of purchasing GM vehicles, I have never experienced such deceitfulness, lack of integrity and discourtesy in both sales people and the owner. The “Pull Ahead” program allowed me to get out experienced such deceitfulness, lack of integrity and discourtesy in both sales people and the owner. The “Pull Ahead” program allowed me to get out of a lease early; unfortunately, by the time I took delivery of the vehicle, that program had expired. Even more regrettable is that this fact was not disclosed to me upon signing the paperwork and receiving the vehicle. I had no reason to believe there was any problem until 6 months later, when GMAC began contacting me for almost $1,000 due to “early termination” of the lease. After contacting the dealership for an explanation of this problem, I was given the run-around and lied to repeatedly. Mr. Dennis Thacker made up a story about a certificate (that I never possessed) and blamed the dealership that I had previously dealt with. The owner Mr. Fred Rinke, was both rude and condescending when he told me there was nothing he could do to help me with this fiasco. I will never deal with this dealership again, and for anyone that chooses to, please be aware of the dishonesty and lack of professionalism you will most likey encounter. More
