Worst ever customer service In May 2014 I received a recall notice on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and called this dealership because it was the closest to my home. I was told they ha In May 2014 I received a recall notice on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and called this dealership because it was the closest to my home. I was told they had no time to fix the problem because they were too busy, understaffed and "had guys in training." I asked them to call back when they had time, but they refused, saying it was my job to call them. I was told the same thing in July 2014. This weekend, February 28, 2015, my brakes failed while driving the car. If I had been on the highway, I would probably be dead right now. The problem is the exact issue described in the recall notice, which was verified by a local mechanic. Today I called the dealership to ask them to fix the problem and was told they were too busy, understaffed and "had guys in training." This was almost word for word the same excuse from last year. After complaining, I was told that they could "fit me in" on April 21, more than a month and a half from now. I advise you to stay away from this dealership. I called another dealership and got an appointment for two days from now. More

He welcomed us warmly and listened to our wants and needs then got straight to work finding the car that met our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the models. He gave us the whole scoop down the the smallest detail in the car. After we went over all the details we were able to work a deal that met our budget. They made buying the car a seemless effort straight down to the paperwork and financing. One of the coolest things to me was that the dealership had a relationship with most of the banks and credit unions so we didnt even have to shop for the best financing rate it was literally all at our fingertips. I recommend ed tomko dealer and Jerrol Walker to anyone seriously considering buying a new car. More
